Portable Restrooms in Troutdale, Oregon

The order, step by step

Step one: confirm the address and the owner's agreement to the spot, in writing. Step two: take the road the truck will use from the depot and check it for limits on length and turning. Step three: set the ground and the base for the spot as it is now.

Step four: fix the delivery window with a backup, and name the access point and the person who meets the truck. Step five: set the servicing days and the pickup, and write all five steps on one order sheet before the truck is loaded.

The steps run in that order because each depends on the one before. A spot that is confirmed but not reachable is found out at step two, not on the morning of the delivery.

The river edge

Ground near the Sandy River can be wet, soft or sloped, and the bank can be soft underfoot. A unit set close to the river needs a level base and a spot set back from the edge, with the path to the unit kept off the bank.

Check the drainage before the spot is chosen. A low corner where water gathers will undermine a unit, and a slightly higher spot further back is often the better placement.

Servicing and the visit pattern

A unit in Troutdale should be serviced on a fixed pattern written on the order, with an extra visit before any planned peak. The visit days should match the crew's or the household's use, not the operator's convenience.

Name the person on site who calls for an extra visit, and the number they call. A plan that depends on a call from the site should make that call easy to make at the moment it is needed.

Events on public ground

Events on public ground in Troutdale are settled by the city that runs the ground, and the City of Portland's park form does not apply. The count is built from the expected crowd and how long people are likely to stay.

Ask for the city's terms in writing, and confirm the pickup time with the owner of the ground before the event begins.
