The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
The connection costs you nothing
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
The contractor on the other end is independent, carries the credentials Oregon requires for this work, and is based close enough to Portland to turn up. Ask what it holds and for proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What is not being guaranteed here
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
