This Privacy Policy explains how Portland Porta Potty Rental ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through portlandportapottyrental.shop (the "Site") and when you call or text us. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you need and any message you write when you submit a form, call or text us.

• To call or text you about your request, appointment reminders and follow-up on work we did.
• To keep records required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
• To protect the Site from spam, fraud and abuse, and to improve our pages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your request and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under confidentiality obligations: website hosting and email delivery (Cloudflare), phone and scheduling systems, and our technicians. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records (typically up to three years for customers, and up to twelve months for inquiries that did not become jobs), unless the law requires longer.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests as those laws require. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security

The Site uses HTTPS encryption. Access to submissions is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
